NYPD Considers Buying 250 Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) Electric Vehicles
If Bloomberg is to be believed, the NYPD may have joined the growing number of police departments across the country that are considering adding electric vehicles (“EVs”) to their fleets. President Joe Biden recently announced via an executive order that the entire federal fleet is to be fully electrified over the next few decades, completely eliminating the purchase of new internal combustion cars by 2035.
